Workflows that move you forward
A workflow system: the steps a job actually takes, drawn once and then run — so the same work happens the same way, and anyone can see where it has got to.
What it is
Most work already has a shape. Something happens, a check is run, somebody signs it off, a system is updated and a person is told. QxSuite is where that shape gets written down: a chain of steps from the trigger to the last notification, built once and then run every time.
What you get back is the part that is usually missing — the record. Which runs finished, which are waiting on a person, how long each step took, and how often the whole thing worked.

The workspace and the phone screen, drawn — not screenshots. A chain from the trigger through the checks and the approval to what happens at the end.
The platform
The modules in the rail down the side of the workspace, and what each one is for.
What is running, what finished, how long it took and how often it worked.
Build, automate, scale: the steps drawn as a chain, from the trigger through the checks to the last notification.
The work a workflow hands to a person — one list, with what it belongs to and when it is due.
The point where somebody has to say yes, held where the trail is kept rather than in an inbox.
The systems a step reads from and writes to, and what it is allowed to do in each.
What the workflows did, in a form you can hand to somebody who was not watching.
Who does which step, who can change it, and what happens when they are away.
The workspace, the connections, and the defaults you do not want to set twice.
Two platforms
Qx builds two platforms. They share a design and a team, and they are deliberately separate products.
The other Qx platform: the chart, the positions you hold and the rules you set, in one place.
qxstrategy.com →This site describes what the platform does. There is nothing here to buy yet, no sign-up, and no screen on this site carries a customer, a figure or a result.
QxSuite is a Qx platform, in development. Nothing on this site is an offer or a statement of what anybody has achieved with it.
